Alex and Marie are two contemporary artists based in London and Oslo. They use their body as a tool to overcome societal norms and to deepen their connection to themselves, others, and the world around them.

‘Distant Communication’ is an on-going exploration of their relationship and collaboration of two curious bodies craving a deeper ability to feel and to hold the body’s potential.
In this performance, through the use of movement, touch, and marking the two individuals are engaging in a power dynamic that defines the next move.
The power dynamics are defined through the lack or not of clothes worn by the individuals and who is the subject and who is the object.

Why do I feel anxious? Who is it that I am hiding from ?
